Individual Therapy (15 +)
The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership rooted in discovery, commitment, and trust. Whether you are experiencing challenging life changes, career uncertainty, family/relationship concerns, mood instability, identity confusion, or low self-worth, individual counseling is an avenue to enhance self-awareness and take action toward self-growth. We work to develop individualized treatment plans that best meet your goals.
Relationship/Family Therapy
This is a type of psychotherapy that addresses the behaviors of all family members and/or couples and the way these behaviors affect not only individual family members, but also relationships between family members and the family unit as a whole. If you're a couple, polyamorous, a family, or having relationship challenges, we're here to help.

Therapy Professional
We provide therapy for therapists & therapists in training. As provider stress and burnout is common, maintaining good self-care is important! Engaging in psychotherapy yourself can help. As helping professionals, we listen to clients’ stories of depression, anger, fear, pain, trauma, or other issues and may absorb some of this emotional residue. If we don't have avenues to purge the elements absorbed, we may develop secondary trauma or compassion fatigue. Engaging in psychotherapy yourself is beneficial.
Group Therapy
Do you wish you had more of a sense of community in your life, instead of feeling alone?
If you answered “yes” , group therapy could be the solution for you. In these group sessions, participants share their thoughts and experiences with the whole group, and encourage one another by being supported by a group of individuals who understand what they're going through. Group therapy helps you find a sense of community with others who are going through similar things as you are while giving you access to valuable therapy that can truly help you feel better.

Licensure Supervision
Clinical Supervision enhances professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in providing quality care. It aids in professional growth and development to improve practice outcomes. Provided by Grace Smith, LCSW, LISW-CP, supervision is not only essential for growth within the social work practice but is required on the journey to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The clinical supervision I received as a licensed clinical social worker-associate (LCSW-A) impacted the work that I conducted with clients. Supervision should be informative, supportive, honest, & encouraging. I believe in therapist development. With this in mind, the supervisee’s individual learning style, experience level, and stage of therapist development are considered when making a plan of how supervision will be conducted. Various methods and techniques are utilized in clinical supervision such as audio/videotape review and self-report. The supervisee is supported through clinical supervision on their journey to be fully licensed. If this sounds like you, please reach out to me. ~ Grace Smith ~
