The client (or guarantor) is financially responsible for all services rendered.

Full payment is expected at the time of service unless other contractual agreements apply.

Accepted Forms of Payment: All major credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, Zelle, and Venmo. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

A debit or credit card is kept on file for payments.

Insurance

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Recommended questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

WSCC is a participating provider (in-network) with the following insurance panels:

We will contact your insurance company via Headway to determine whether benefits are available and if WSCC is “in-network.” Client/Guarantor is responsible for all clients’ fees including co-pay, deductible, and service fees.

Insurance plan WSCC is not in-network with & have out-of-network benefits, OR
Paying out of pocket

Reimbursement for out-of-network claims will be sent directly to the client from your insurance company (if applicable). If you prefer, we can also provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Reduced Fee/ Sliding Scale

We are dedicated to providing safe supportive spaces and (w)holistic-focused services for adolescents and adults who are struggling.

At WSCC, we believe everyone deserves access to quality, professional, and compassionate mental health services. In an effort to decrease barriers, we offer a limited number of sliding scale/reduced fee options for services. Clients are invited to discuss financial barriers with the therapist.
